In an emergency, call 911. MedicalAlertReview.com does not monitor anyone, does not receive alerts, and cannot summon help. We publish reviews and price comparisons. We are not affiliated with any monitoring center and we have no ability to respond to an incident.
No medical alert device, including one with automatic fall detection, is guaranteed to detect every fall or to connect in every circumstance. Manufacturers do not publish certified accuracy figures, and we do not repeat any that cannot be traced to a source. Treat automatic fall detection as a backup to the help button, never a replacement for it.
