The biggest jump is between level 5 and level 7, at $500 a pair on Vivia and Sensia. Levels 7 and 9 are only $100 apart. If a quote puts level 7 and level 9 far apart, ask why.

FitHearing prints that note on its Vivia 9, Nexia 9, Nexia 7 and OMNIA 9 listings. It says its ReSound prices include lifetime telehealth care with a Doctor of Audiology. It also claims ReSound aids typically sell for $4,000 to $7,500 a pair. ZipHearing's own estimate is $2,000 to $7,000. Both are seller claims we could not check.
The practical point: to compare ReSound quotes, you will usually have to ask. Ask for the family, the level and the style in writing, then hold the quote against the ZipHearing ladder above.

Does insurance cover ReSound hearing aids?
